Let your pets feel good with Bach flowers

Your pets, the ones you love, are capable, as you might know, to have a wide range of emotions. A happy tail wag may indicate how they feel or how they react to certain stimuli as much as them hiding in a safe corner. It's up to us to understand our pets’ emotions, because, like us, if they are not emotionally fine, they are not physically fine either.

One of the most important remedies for the natural wellbeing of our pets is Rescue Remedy. It is an emergency remedy and, together with 38 Bach flower remedies, it is successfully used by pet owners and veterinarians worldwide. Rescue Remedy and Bach flowers are helpful with both emotions and behaviours of your animals in a wide variety of difficult situations such as:

  • Visits to the vet
  • Fear of loud noises
  • Excessive barking
  • Adaptation to the loss of their master or of their fellows
  • Stress due to loneliness
  • Shock or trauma or abuse
  • Anxiety when they have to adapt to new environments (new home, kennel, stable etc.) and much more

You can also use it as part of a program of preventive medicine. However, in case of persisting conditions, we’d recommend a professional examination by a veterinarian to prevent misdiagnosis.

How to use them

The most common way to use it is to add 4 drops of Rescue Remedy or 2 drops of each Bach flower in some water, for your pets. You can also pour it directly in their mouth or spray it into their food. Another method is to moisten their nose, their ears, their lips or the palm of their paw: they will absorb it anyway, either licking it or directly through the skin. For larger animals (such as horses, pigs or cattle etc.) which usually drink from containers with a greater amount of water, the dosage should be increased to 10 drops of Rescue Remedy and to 5 drops of each Bach Flower remedy per container. We suggest you to choose the method you consider to be the simplest in order to be sure your animal gets the correct dosage.

Beside Rescue Remedy, there are other flowers that can be given to your animals. Like …Vine , vervain , Mimulus , Holly , Chicory ,Heather , Redchestnut ,Cherryplum.
